Very bad experience, drove almost 5 hours, only for them to negate the agreed trade in price of my vehicle, finding faults and deducting £350. Even though they failed to mention a faulty boot lock, faulty lights and slow puncture on the vehicle I was purchasing, this puncture was caused by a damaged alloy wheel. Had no choice after 5 hour journey to accept the deal. I left my jacket in the boot of the trade in vehicle, contacted United traders, asking if they would return the jacket to me, as it had huge sentimental value to me, got a txt stating they were parcelling it up, to send to me, that was almost 2 weeks ago, and now ignoring my texts. So my experience, they took advantage of my predicament, having driven so far, unfair, and dishonest.

genuine guy let me have a big test drive plenty of fuel in the car made sure after we bought the car any problems at all, just give him a call. really helpfull seller genuine and honest guy
