I am very satisfied with my overall experience. I visited the showroom, test drove the car, and was confident enough to return and proceed with the purchase.

Following the sale, there was a minor issue with the battery. However, the trader handled this promptly and professionally by arranging for a brand-new battery to be fitted, along with providing a two-year warranty, which was greatly appreciated.

The car drives exceptionally well. It was purchased for my daughter, who is currently learning to drive, and since buying it, we have already covered over 200 miles together. The car has performed perfectly and drives like a treat.

Being a smaller business I was initially nervous about buying a car from here but whilst waiting in reception I spoke with a previous customer who couldn't speak highly enough of her experience! I'm glad to say I agree with her. Abu was BRILLIANT! He answered my many questions and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and it was an enjoyable experience buying a first car. As for the car, I absolutely love it. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a car.

Excellent customer service and support from United Traders. We dropped in on a Saturday and Abu was able to ensure car was ready to be collected by Sunday. United Traders let us spend time browsing without a pressured sale, and have been helpful and informative at all times. Car was already competitively priced and after support has been exceptional. The wheel tracking needed some minor readjustment and United Traders paid for this without quibble and supplied a spare wheel. Could not recommend enough!

Fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I purchased a ford focus a few days ago. Excellent condition , as described. A few minor issues with boot being heavy to close and a tyre valve so more than minor really.However Adam and his team replaced the boot mechanism and sorted whilst I waited. They couldn't do any more to have accommodate me. Would highly recommend and absolutely use them again in the future.

Ford eco sport buyer.
What can I say. Adam is a bang on lad and will literally do anything to help you. Went and picked up a Ford eco sport and I was looked after from the off. Took it for a test drive with my dad to try it out to make sure i enjoyed it first that was a big win. Then sorted out extra warranty on the car with me and a full tank of fuel which I didn't expect. Went back the next day to pick it up to it being pristine valeted and also Adam made sure to tell me that it needed a newer key so he even ordered that in for me and sorted out a time to pick up. Got given an AA breakdown recovery offer card which I've also used to get recovery for 12 months on the motor. If I need to take it back with in the 6 months of having it if anything goes wrong I've just got to call him. I'll say this sometimes you dread buying new cars and what everything is going to cost. Adam made everything straight forward easy to understand and sorted everything from the get go. If you ever see a car you want to buy from these guys trust me you will be looked after and they will sort you out. So thank you to Adam and the rest at United traders. One happy customer and I am glad I went with these guys to buy it.

Giving me time to have a look around the vehicle with no breathing down my neck like at other dealerships (desperate for the sale) then giving me time to ask all the questions needed. In the last minute checks over the car, Adam found a small issue that was dealt with in the lost professional way, good to know safety came first! I had a great experience and couldn't recommend them enough, genuinely good people trying to help you find you're right car!
